My stay at the hotel was quite challenging. The reception staff seemed unfriendly and I encountered some serious cleanliness issues in the rooms. While it was nice that Wi-Fi was free, it didn't quite reach my room. On the plus side, the meeting facilities were decent, which was a small positive note amidst the negatives.
